It takes 21 to 28 days for new habits to establish. It means
whatever change we try to make in our lifestyles, attitude, thinking or behavioral
pattern, we need to constantly and consciously repeat and monitored for 21-28
days. Either a new exercise routine, a healthy eating habit or a new thinking
pattern, we should commit and stick to it for 28 days. But in the course of our
lives, a measly 28 days is well worth the effort in my opinion. If the choice
is being miserable for 40 years or constant awareness for 28 days, I take the
28 days gladly. I have done harder things; have sacrificed much more… so what
is 28 days in comparison? I can do this!
